Health Gym

At the health centre our health gym has an extensive array of equipment and facilities to meet the needs of our clients. On arrival to our health gym you will be provided with a personal AEP that will discuss your individual needs and develop your personal health gym program using our vast industry knowledge, experience and our passion to meet your individual needs.

Health Training and Health Education

We believe in a holistic approach to meet your needs and as such offer personal Health Training and Health Education utilising our allied health professionals and accredited exercise physiologists. We do this as part of our service to you.
